Five Old Skin Saving Habits

First of all, you should forget what you think you know about skin care.

Many people think that skin care mean an amount of cream rubbed around on the face and then wiped off. This picture might have been true some years ago, but now we are no longer in those skin dark ages. The technology advanced and we are able do so much using the super new products and techniques available. You'll can be surprised.

But great goals means many little steps before. By consequence, in this new era of cosmetic technology do not forget granny's advices.

1. Avoid smoking.

2. Avoid unnecessary sun or intense light exposure, wind and cool weather.

3. Follow a balanced diet of healthy foods, including plenty of vegetables and fruits, and clean your body drinking plenty of water daily.

4. Drink 6 - 8­ glasses of water a day. If you work hard you lose even more of it through exertion and sweating and than the average person, so drink few more. If you don't put enough water into your body, your skin can't have enough to fill out and plump the cells.

5. Take vitamin supplements that are rich in Vitamins A, C, D, and E. A good alternative vitamin source is beta­carotene is also. Very important is to take anti­oxidants that help to eliminate free radicals.
